Our service focus is on creating/revising/strengthening/supporting an organization’s human resource infrastructure so employers can attract and retain the talent they require to realize success. We also support employers in reducing risk/costs associated with employment issues. Our cadre of talented HR consultants provides support in all areas of human resources including: recruitment and selection; on-boarding; employment policies, processes and compliance; employment policies and procedures; employee relations; training and development; and employee communication.

Our Clients:
Our clients include both for-profit, non-profit and government sector employers with 4 or more employees. We have experience working with start-up companies, established organizations and organizations in transition. Our growth has been entirely through client referrals.
